The Centro Ricerche Cliniche di Verona (CRC) was founded in 2005 and is located in the G.B. Rossi General Hospital. It is owned and operated by The Verona University Hospital and Verona University.
Our mission is to assist both commercial and non-profit research organizations in early clinical drug development.
The objectives of the CRC are to:
Conduct Phase I and Proof-of-Concept clinical trials to the highest standards of quality and with rapid turn-around;
Support the development of interdisciplinary scientific collaboration;
Share facilities and know-how with private or public organizations involved in pharmacological research;
Support non-profit research using CRC profits.
CRC Consulting Services
CRC provides consultancy and advisory services regarding all facets of the early Clinical Development phases and Regulatory Affairs.
Specific service offerings include:
General Development support; overall clinical development strategy, project management, risk management, decision trees, Business Plans;
Clinical study design; statistical methods, pharmacokinetic and PK/PD modelling, translational approaches, biomarker evaluation;
Preclinical support activities; selection and qualification of service providers, monitoring of studies;
Regulatory; compilation/review of CTA/IMPDs, INDs, IBs, Scientific Advice/Protocol Assistance dossiers, Orphan Designation dossiers and support in responding to HA questions and requests. EU Regulatory Agent services. US Regulatory Agent services (via partners);
Support to the In- and Outlicensing Due Diligence process.
